Neuroclacks Safeguarding Policy

Safeguarding concerns include physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, neglect, exploitation, or discrimination.
Any concerns must be reported to the designated safeguarding officer or committee leadership.
Reports will be handled with sensitivity, ensuring confidentiality while prioritizing the well-being of those involved.
In cases of immediate danger, emergency services must be contacted.

Members must not engage in behavior that could cause harm or distress.
Physical, verbal, or online harassment will not be tolerated.
Any behavior violating safeguarding principles may result in disciplinary actions.
Neuroclacks reserves the right to restrict or remove access to services for individuals who pose a safeguarding risk.

Safeguarding reports will be handled confidentially, with information shared only on a need-to-know basis.
Personal data must be handled in compliance with Neuroclacks' Data Protection Policy.
7. Review and Amendments This policy will be reviewed annually or as needed to ensure it remains effective and relevant.
