1. Purpose This policy outlines Neuroclacks’ commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of its operations. We aim to create a supportive environment where everyone is treated with fairness and respect, regardless of their background, identity, or circumstances.

Asking for pronouns at the start of each session and on the sign-up form to ensure people are referred to correctly. All members must respect others' pronouns.

Concerns related to discrimination must be reported to the committee leadership.
Reports will be handled sensitively and appropriate action will be taken to address any breaches of this policy.
5. Accessibility and Reasonable Adjustments
Neuroclacks will take steps to remove barriers to participation for disabled individuals.
Reasonable adjustments will be made to accommodate individual needs, wherever feasible.
6. Review and Amendments This policy will be reviewed annually or as needed to ensure it remains effective and aligned with best practices.
